Partnering with cross-functional teams, I defined internal processes like bootstrap grid patterns and DPL while enhancing the user experience. I conducted an in-depth audit to streamline the customer journey from start to checkout, and created responsive templates for a seamless shopping experience across devices.

Core Responsibilities

Collaborating with the founding Design System team that included developers, product managers, and accessibility specialists, I played a key role in defining and launching the first iteration of Target’s Retail Design System using Atomic Design methodology.
As a Experience Design consultant at Target, I conducted an in-depth audit to streamline the customer journey from start to checkout. Partnering with cross-functional teams, I optimized internal processes like grid patterns to assist development and enhance the user experience.
At Target, I designed and optimized wireframes for the Cart, Checkout, and Registry flows, creating responsive Bootstrap templates for a seamless experience across devices. I also designed Target emails, continuously refining the user experience through testing.
