AI-Informed Employee Internal Tools

As a 'Big Four' consultancy, KPMG helps clients leverage technology to tackle complex business challenges and drive innovation. During my time at KPMG, I provided services across several key areas, utilizing my expertise in Product Design in areas such as AI chatbots, design systems, platform design, HR tools, and solutions for the government and healthcare sectors.

Key Contributions

Initially hired to design the foundational Design System, I ensured cohesive design across platforms and conducted feature audits to align elements, prioritizing accessibility and brand consistency.
My role demanded creative flexibility, allowing me to fluidly shift between tasks and projects. I contributed at every level, from conducting competitive analysis and creating wireframes to delivering pixel-perfect Figma files and developing fully-functional, complex prototypes.
I employed diverse strategies to foster innovative thinking across all my projects, which included an AI-powered chatbot, HR capacity planning tools, AI-assisted employee reimbursement tools, and many others.
