Key Contributions

Delivered wireframes and interactive prototypes for the redesigned outage alert system, including maps, reporting workflows, and mobile notifications, to improve accessibility and usability.
Designed reusable components and iterative prototypes that showcased energy-efficient solutions (like solar), increasing visibility and supporting Xcel Energy’s low-carbon goals.
