Best Buy's In-Home Advisors offer expert advice and services through personalized at-home consultations nationwide. This service provides clients with a dedicated Best Buy expert who recommends tailored products and services to help achieve their goals.

I was brought on board to deliver Product Design services and develop initial MVP creative concepts and high-resolution prototypes. Collaborating over several months with internal Business Stakeholders and Development teams, we established business requirements, addressed technical constraints, and created annotated wireframes for a streamlined data capture process.

I collaborated with internal Business Stakeholders and Development teams to define business requirements, identify technical constraints, and establish priorities. Additionally, I facilitated in-person stakeholder workshops to foster empathy and alignment for the design direction, while maintaining ongoing meetings with the business team to ensure alignment.
Through an extensive test-and-learn process, I designed the BBY DNA (Digital Notebook App), a native mobile app enabling In-Home Advisors to efficiently capture crucial home consult notes on their Android phones, incorporating features like voice-to-text and measurements.
Working closely with my development partners, I crafted functional UI prototypes for the MVP phase and conducted user testing on the initial prototypes. Furthermore, my handoffs encompassed thorough documentation, including prototype walkthrough videos and clear written design documentation.
