Redesigning Virtuwell’s Member Health Portal, I infused fresh energy and clarity into virtual care, creating a seamless experience where scheduling expert healthcare feels as simple and approachable as a friendly check-in.
End-of-life care planning is an essential yet deeply emotional and often overwhelming process. Recognizing the need for a more supportive and intuitive approach, I was brought on to apply my UX expertise and empathetic design perspective. The goal: to create an experience that is sensitive to patients during a stressful and ambivalent time, while offering a clear, actionable process that respects their time and minimizes cognitive load.
Partnering with the team at GoKart, I crafted thoughtful iterations of the End-of-Life Care user flow, focusing on creating a clear, compassionate experience for users navigating sensitive decisions. Alongside designing the user journey, I took special care in crafting empathetic, accessible UX copy to support Allina Health’s mission of providing clarity during critical moments.
Additionally, I collaborated with the team to reimagine the user dashboard and email communications, introducing fresh, modern design concepts as part of a proposed brand refresh. These design updates were created to enhance usability while aligning with Allina Health’s vision of compassionate, forward-thinking care.
