Project Overview | KPMG

I was brought in as a consultant to lead the creation of a comprehensive design system, establishing consistency, scalability, and best practices across multiple platforms. This involved defining patterns, components, and governance structures that enabled product teams to deliver high-quality experiences efficiently. The design system served as the foundation for both internal tools and customer-facing platforms, driving alignment across product, engineering, and design teams.

In parallel, I collaborated closely with a large remote product team to design a complex platform tool, creating advanced Figma prototypes and embedded spreadsheet workflows to translate intricate processes into intuitive, user-centered experiences.

I designed the UI for a bespoke AI-driven agentic interface, custom HR hiring tracking systems, and cross-departmental platform initiatives, applying research and iterative design to solve complex problems for clients in government, healthcare, and enterprise sectors.

Key Contributions: Product Design Lead

I led the foundational design system end-to-end, including pattern identification, structure establishment, and comprehensive documentation. This ensured cohesive design across platforms, with feature audits to align elements and a consistent focus on accessibility and brand consistency.
I contributed at every level with a high bar for quality, from competitive analysis and wireframes through to pixel-perfect Figma files and fully functional, complex prototypes across multiple workstreams.
Beyond the design system and platform work, I applied research and iterative thinking to design an AI-powered chatbot, HR capacity planning tools, and AI-assisted employee reimbursement tools, translating complex workflows into clear, user-centered experiences.
