Best Buy's In-Home Advisors offer expert advice and services through personalized at-home consultations nationwide. Each client is paired with a dedicated advisor who takes the time to understand their needs, recommending tailored products and services to help them achieve their dream home.

I was brought on board to deliver end-to-end Product Design, developing MVP concepts and high-resolution prototypes. Working closely with Business Stakeholders and Engineering over several months, I helped establish design strategy, business requirements, navigate technical constraints, and create annotated wireframes that standardized a streamlined data capture process.

I partnered closely with business stakeholders and engineering to define requirements, identify constraints, and set priorities, facilitating in-person workshops to build alignment across disciplines and maintain consistent momentum throughout.
Through an iterative test-and-learn process, I designed BBY DNA, a native Android mobile app enabling In-Home Advisors to efficiently capture home consultation notes in the field, with voice-to-text and measurement tracking features designed around real-world usage constraints.
Working closely with engineering, I created functional UI prototypes, led user testing, and delivered comprehensive handoff documentation including walkthrough videos and clear design standards to ensure consistent implementation.
